Once all the correctly completed applications have come in, we draw up a shortlist of suitable candidates. Unsolicited applications are held on file, until a fitting position opens. Should there be no vacant position over a longer period of time, we kindly ask to submit a new, updated application.
If you are considered to be a suitable shortlist candidate, we will be happy to invite you to attend a personal interview. In the interview we check professional requirements and soft skills, as well as answer questions of both sides, also about the company. The mutual personal introduction shows whether applicant and company are a good fit.
During the Assessment Centre, you will get to know further key personnel of GTW and have the opportunity to demonstrate your abilities. Professional presentations and creative tasks serve to show your ability to find situational solutions – not necessarily only within your business focus.
