3. Purpose, Legal Basis, Storage Period, and Data Recipients

3.1. The personal data collected is required for the fulfillment of contracts, invoicing, enforcement of contractual claims, customer service purposes, and marketing purposes. The data is collected, stored, processed, and used for these purposes.

3.2. The legal bases for processing your personal data are contract performance, legitimate interests, compliance with our legal and/or contractual obligations, and your consent. Failure to provide the data may have various consequences.

3.3. We process your personal data, where necessary, for the entire duration of the business relationship (from initiation to termination of a contract) and beyond, in accordance with statutory retention and documentation obligations arising, for example, from the Austrian Commercial Code (UGB) or the Federal Fiscal Code (BAO), as well as until the conclusion of any legal disputes, ongoing warranty and guarantee periods, etc.

In operating our website, we engage software providers and agencies that may gain access to your personal data in the course of their activities, provided they require the data to perform their services. They are contractually obligated to comply with applicable data protection regulations. Data processing agreements under Art. 28 GDPR have been concluded. 4. Cookies, Tracking Tools, and Web Analytics

4.1. Cookies, other tracking technologies, and functions of the web analysis service Google Analytics may be used in various ways on our website. Cookies are small text files that enable user recognition and analysis of your use of our website. The information generated is transferred to the provider’s server and stored there. They serve to make our website more user-friendly, effective, and secure overall. Cookies are also used to measure page views and support navigation.

4.4. Your IP address is recorded but immediately pseudonymized, making only approximate localization possible.

4.5. Data processing is based on the statutory provisions of § 96 (3) TKG and Art. 6 GDPR (in particular consent). Since user privacy is important to us, user data is pseudonymized.

5. Consent and Right of Withdrawal

5.1. Where your consent is required for data processing, we will only process your data after obtaining your explicit consent.

5.2. In principle, we do not process data of minors and are not authorized to do so. By giving your consent, you confirm that you are at least 14 years old or that you have the consent of your legal guardian.

5.3. You may revoke your consent at any time by emailing datenschutz@gtw-mc.com. In such a case, previously stored data will be anonymized and subsequently used only for statistical purposes without personal reference. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

6. Data Security

6.1. GTW Management Consulting GmbH uses technical and organizational security measures to protect stored personal data against accidental or intentional manipulation, loss, destruction, or access by unauthorized persons. Our security measures are continuously improved in line with technological developments.

7. Your Rights

Where no statutory retention obligation exists, you have the right to request erasure of your data and to object to processing.
